Mindfulness: Create a practice to connect with yourself, surroundings and people around you
Join Melissa Sonnenschein, LMT, LE, RYT-200 and learn how mindfulness allows you to connect to your own thoughts and feelings. By being mindful of your own physical and emotional state you will be able to connect with people around you and observe your surroundings in a new way. While discussing the impact of mindfulness in your everyday life I will be pausing to do a few short mindfulness exercises.
