Reduced Breast Cancer Incidence in Women Treated with Testosterone– 2013

Dr. John Carrozzella LL Breast Cancer, LL Testosterone Women

Testosterone delivered subcutaneously as a pellet implant reduced the incidence of Breast Cancer in pre and post-menopausal woman.  Evidence supports that Breast Cancer is preventable by maintaining a Testosterone to Estrogen ratio in favor of Testosterone. (Risk reduction quoted in the paper: Women who get no T have a Breast Cancer Risk of 390 cases of BrCa / 100,000 women and women who do get Testosterone have a Breast Cancer Risk of 142 cases of BrCa / 100,000 women.  Thus there is a Breast Cancer RISK REDUCTION of over 63% in women who are treated continuously with Testosterone.)
