In this study, Estradiol was shown to: 1. Decrease (bad cholesterol markers) Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and apolipoprotein B levels and increase (good cholesterol markers) HDL2 cholesterol.  Estradiol improves lipid profile, Cardiovascular Disease and mortality rates.
